At Cocopalm Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your suit isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided all hygienic liners and tags remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective hygiene strips are still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
